Annie Fox

School Administrator, Company Manager, Faculty

Annie Fox is a Philadelphia Dance Theatre alumnae. After graduating from PDT in 2011 she went on to earn her BFA in Contemporary Dance from the London Contemporary Dance School. Upon graduating, Annie worked throughout the UK and Europe as a freelance performer and teacher. Annie has had the opportunity to perform in a wide range of styles both in traditional stage settings, as well as in immersive, site specific, gallery, and film projects. Annie has been fortunate enough to work with Crystal Pite, Joan Jonas, Shay Kuebler, Cascade Dance Theatre, The Tate Modern, and BitterSuite, amongst others. Annie has taught with a number of outreach organizations bringing dance into elementary schools around London.

In 2020, Annie relocated back to Philadelphia where she returned to PDT as the Company Manager and School Administrator. Outside of her roles at PDT, Annie has acted as the Director of Technology for Regional Dance America’s National Choreography Intensive in 2020 & 2021, teaching video editing and dance film production. Additionally, she has stage managed productions for PDT and Regional Dance America’s Northeast Festivals, and acted as the administrator for Youth Dance Fest. Most recently, Annie completed the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet Teacher Training Course in the summer of 2024.
